About Us
We offer nutritional consults to educate, encourage, and assist individuals to find better health. After all, many people look after their cars better than they do their own bodies. We teach individuals to take responsibility and control for his/her personal health and well–being. Instead of just treating symptoms, we look at illness in terms of imbalances or disharmony and look for the root causes of illness — be it physical, emotional, or spiritual. We make recommendations on diet and exercise, as well as using vitamins, minerals, homeopathics, botanical, and herbal remedies to build and strengthen a weakened system. We also work with several physicians and their patients regarding nutritional programs that will work with their medications.
